AI-Generated Nature of Assets
All visual assets, wallpapers, and preview images on Prompt Vault are generated by artificial
intelligence models, including but not limited to Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, and various generative
video diffusion systems. No traditional hand-drawn, painted, or photographed artwork is presented as
such on this platform.
Not Traditional Copyrighted Art
Under current copyright frameworks in most jurisdictions (including the U.S. Copyright Office guidance
and comparable EU rulings), purely AI-generated visual output is generally not eligible for
traditional copyright protection. This means: – Our wallpapers are not “copyrighted artwork” in the
traditional sense – The underlying prompt text, curation, editorial notes, and platform code are protected
as original authored works – Users should not represent AI-generated outputs as human-authored fine
art
Prompt Authorship
While AI generates the pixels, the prompts themselves are engineered, tested, and authored by
Abdul Malik and the Prompt Vault editorial team. The prompt text, structure, and methodology are
our intellectual work product.
No Warranty of Uniqueness
Because generative models can produce visually similar outputs from similar inputs, we cannot
guarantee that any given image is globally unique. Users seeking absolutely unique visuals should
generate custom variations.
Accuracy of Depictions
AI models can produce inaccurate depictions of real people, brands, historical events, or scientific
concepts. Prompt Vault does not warrant factual accuracy of any generated visual
