Prompt Vault Help Center
Welcome to the Prompt Vault Help Center — your first stop for getting the most out of our free library of
prompts and wallpapers. Whether you are new to generative AI or a seasoned creative director, this
knowledge base is designed to answer the most common questions quickly and clearly. If you can’t find
what you need here, our support team is one message away.
Below you will find our enterprise FAQs covering downloads, licensing, engine compatibility, and
technical performance.
FAQ 1 — Is Prompt Vault really free to use?
Yes. Prompt Vault operates a genuinely free ai image prompt library with no paywalls, no watermarks on
the previews, and no forced sign-ups to download most assets. Our platform is supported by
responsible advertising and optional premium collections. The vast majority of our prompts for ai image
generation, video creation, and wallpaper design are available at no cost for both personal and most
commercial use — see our Terms of Use for full licensing details.
FAQ 2 — Which AI engines do your prompts work with?
Every prompt on the platform is tested for compatibility across Midjourney, Flux, and Ideogram, and
our video prompts are engineered for leading generative video diffusion models. Each prompt page
indicates the primary engine it was designed for, along with adaptation notes if you want to run it on a
different model. Because engine behavior varies, we recommend using the recommended parameters
listed on each prompt page for the closest match to the preview.
FAQ 3 — Can I use these prompts and wallpapers commercially?
In most cases, yes. Our default license permits personal use and a broad range of commercial
applications, including client work, social content, marketing collateral, and monetized creative projects.
What you may not do is repackage the library as a competing prompt or stock platform, resell prompt
text as-is, or claim authorship of the prompt engineering itself. For enterprise-scale or SaaS-embedded
use, please contact us about an extended license.
FAQ 4 — How do I get the best results from a prompt?
Three quick guidelines: 1. Match the engine. A prompt tuned for Midjourney will not behave identically
on Flux. Use the engine we recommend on the prompt page. 2. Copy the full prompt. Truncated
prompts often lose critical style anchors. Paste the entire string including parameters. 3. Iterate. Even a
great prompt benefits from 2–4 generations. Pick the strongest output rather than judging by the first
roll.
FAQ 5 — The site loads instantly. What’s your tech stack?
Prompt Vault is built on a custom-coded WordPress core with hand-written PHP, vanilla JavaScript,
and a glassmorphism UI system. We avoid heavy page-builder bloat, use GPU-accelerated CSS, lazyload imagery, and serve assets over a global CDN. The result is a fast, accessible, mobile-first
experience that meets modern Core Web Vitals standards without compromising on visual quality.
