Use. Please read them carefully — they define how you may use the prompts, wallpapers, and
generated assets available on our platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, downloading, or using any content from Prompt Vault, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
What We Provide
Prompt Vault publishes: – Text prompts for image generation across Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, and
similar engines – Video prompts engineered for generative video models – AI-generated wallpapers
available as free downloads – Educational commentary on prompt structure and engine behavior
License Grants
Personal Use License (Default — Free)
Every free asset on Prompt Vault is licensed to you for: – Personal creative projects – Non-commercial
social media posts – Wallpapers on personal devices – Educational and learning purposes – Portfolio
experimentation
Commercial Use License
Commercial use is permitted for the majority of our free library provided that: – You do not resell the
prompt text as-is – You do not redistribute our wallpapers on competing prompt or stock platforms – You
do not claim authorship of the prompt engineering – You credit “Prompt Vault” where reasonably
possible
For high-volume commercial deployment, enterprise brand campaigns, or SaaS integration, please
contact us for an extended commercial license.
Prohibited Uses
You may not: – Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the platform via automated tools – Repackage our
library as a competing prompt library – Use prompts to generate unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or
sexually exploitative material – Remove attribution from clearly attributed premium prompts
Misrepresent AI-generated assets as human-authored fine art in contexts where that misrepresentation
causes harm
Intellectual Property
The curation, editorial commentary, prompt phrasing, site design, code, and brand assets of
Prompt Vault are the intellectual property of Prompt Vault and Abdul Malik. AI-generated visual outputs
shown on the site are, in most jurisdictions, not eligible for traditional copyright — see our AI Disclosure
page for details.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes
acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
